From our small organic, diversified farm, we are dedicated to providing the Adirondacks and Champlain Valley with hand-crafted artisanal foods and other niche gourmet products as our local business flourishes.

We are the type of farmers and food producers who love to cook and just plain love good food. Our main goal is to share this passion and bounty within our communities. 

We also wish to craft foods that uncover the terroir of this place we call home and build flavors that reflect the wild, natural beauty of the Adirondacks and the fertility of the Champlain Valley. 

Our hand-made, wood-fired, organic artisan breads and gourmet crackers are available at farmers’ markets, food co-ops, and restaurants.

Pastured chickens and free range eggs are available now.

Our micro dairy operations are in progress as we continue with farm renovations and grow the herd.
