Milling Local Wheat Workshop

We’ll start with a short tour of the Breadery and the operation of our stone mill. Then we’ll mill up 2 different types of Essex County grown wheat followed by eating the results of our labor with several local wheat inspired tastes.

Everyone gets to take home 5 lbs of each freshly milled flour to try at home as well.

Cost: $25 per person.
