Born in the Adirondacks, our “forever wild” sourdough starter has been fermenting for over 10 years making all of our artisan breads.

With flavor notes that are slightly tangy and sweet, it is always fed with 100% whole grain organic wheat that we mill on our farm.

Included with our sourdough starter are instructions for best use.
