Milling Local Wheat Workshop – Sept 13
We’ll start with a short tour of the Breadery and the operation of our stone mill. Then we’ll mill up 2 different types of Essex County grown wheat followed by eating the results of our labor with several local wheat inspired tastes.
Everyone also gets to take home 5 lbs of each flour variety we mill.
