Whole Grain Pie Class

Just in time for Thanksgiving, our whole grain pie class will give you the skills necessary to bake a nutritious pie crust using local wheat.

In this class, we will:

Stone mill Soft White Winter Wheat (locally grown by Adirondack Hay & Organic Grains)
Then we’ll craft some flaky pie crusts in order to make
– A sweet or savory Rustic Galette
– An Apple Pie
– And a North Country Quiche
– Plus everyone will receive 5 lbs of freshly-milled flour to take home

$75 per person with all of the proceeds going towards our barn renovations fund.
