Cows Eat Grass.

It may seem like a no-brainer, but most beef in grocery stores is NOT fed grass, but fattened on GMO corn and soy in confined feedlot operations.

This is not that beef.

Native grasses are a cow’s natural diet and make for a healthier and more flavorful meat in our opinion.

Grass-fed beef contains:

  • Less saturated fat
  • More beneficial fats and fatty acids
  • Higher levels of Vitamin A & E
  • More antioxidants than grain-fed beef

Grass-Fed Bone-In Chuck Roast

A wonderful cut for cooking slow and low in your crockpot.

Try Our Grass-Fed Beef

During the year we have a limited number of cows available for customers to purchase through our grass-fed beef CSA program.

We offer beef by the quarter (1/4 of a cow, ~75 lbs) and halves (~150 lbs).

Buying in bulk is a great way to fill your freezer and enjoy this healthy protein year round.

How It Works

Customers put down a deposit to reserve and they are sent a custom cut-sheet for the butcher to fulfill. You will be notified when your beef order is ready and will get an invoice for the total due.
