Mangalitsa Pigs
Pasture Raised on the Farmstead
Pigs on Pasture.
It may seem by now like common sense, but most pork in grocery stores is NOT raised on pasture, but fattened on GMO corn and soy grains in confinement operations.
This is not that pork.
Ours get the time to enjoy the sunshine, sleep under a trees and spend their days rooting around in the soil.
Our Mangalitsa Pigs are a slower growing, humanely-raised, and heritage breed that thrives on fresh pastures making for a healthier and more flavorful meat in our opinion.
Pastured Pork contains:
- Less saturated fat
- More beneficial fats and fatty acids
- Higher levels of Vitamin A & E
- Antioxidants and beta-carotene

Pastured Pork – Coming in 2026
During the year we have a limited number of pigs available for customers to purchase through our pastured pork CSA program.
We offer pork by either a: 1/2 of a pig (60-70 lbs) or buy a whole pig (120-140 lbs).
Buying in bulk is a great way to fill your freezer and enjoy this healthy protein year round.
How It Works
Customers put down a deposit to reserve and they are sent a custom cut-sheet for the butcher to fulfill. You will be notified when your pork order is ready and will get an invoice for the total due.
REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE
We strive for reversing climate change by building healthy soils, increasing organic matter, using no-till farming, and rotational pasture grazing.
Biodiversity
We love our wild pollinators and avian friends whom call our farm their home. We will never introduce pesticides and transgenic crops (GMOs) into this fragile ecosystem.
Animal welfare
Treating animals with compassion, the utmost care, and respect creates an environment they can thrive in and elevates what they produce to another level of quality.
