New Vineyard and Future Farm Winery

After making wines with my cousins for years and with the support of Rolling Hills Estate Winery, we’re starting a new chapter in regenerative viticulture here at the farm: an organic no-till vineyard.

Our plan is to eventually produce natural wines that are “forever wild” fermented by the native yeasts that flourish here in our little corner of the Adirondacks.

A no-spray vineyard, grazed and fertilized by our flock of sheep, to improve biodiversity, maintain healthy soils, and produce adventurous wines.

Here’s what we’ve got in the ground for 2026:

Table grapes:
Somerset Seedless
Brianna

Whites
Itasca
Frontenac Blanc
La Crescent

Reds
Petite Pearl
Marquette
Verona
