With a quarter share, expect to receive about 40-50 lbs of roasts, chops, loins, steaks, bacon, sausages, and ground pork.

Total price is $12.00/LB (including all harvest, butchering and processing services).

Meats come vacuum packed, labelled and frozen.

Fills up about 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once you put down a deposit to reserve your share, we will ask you about the cuts you wish to receive from the butcher.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup/delivery and we’ll send you an invoice for the remainder balance due.

The process takes about 3 weeks once harvested.
